At Killstar, we want you to be completely obsessed with your dark aesthetic; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt so you can follow your return back to our coven.
